Return Policy

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at (855) 907-0220 or you may email customer service at {SERV ICE@ACURAPARTSFORLESS.COM}. WE DO NOT SEND CALL TAGS (return labels) UNLESS WE ORDERED IT WRONG.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts. We do not refund original shipping
  • The restocking fee will also be applied for instore pickup orders canceled after email conformation of ready for pick up
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging with all labels intact. Package cannot be opened especially clear plastic bags. DO NOT WRITE ON, REMOVE, OR COVER ANY LABELS. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX.
  • We are not responsible for any orders where a customer ordered a wrong part without a VIN# for authentication. With a VIN we are able to make sure that the part ordered is the correct one for the vehicle before shipping. This important measure will also ensure any part number inaccuracies between the online catalog and the Acura/Honda catalog. 
  • Many part images cannot be relied upon for complete accuracy. Actual product may differ from what is illustrated. We will not be held responsible for image accuracy.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Wiring harnesses once ordered are not returnable
  • No returns on tools.
  • No returns on parts under $5.00
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.  Return shipping will be charged back to customer.
  • Return request needs to be within 20 days of receipt.
  • Returns are shipped at customer's expense. We do not pay for return shipping.
  • Core must be factory original, not damaged. Alternators and compressors must spin freely. caliper cores cannot be painted and must be assembled. Steering racks must have inner tie rods and boots. Power steering pumps must spin freely, have pulley , and have any caps/plugs reinstalled. cores must be returned in box they came in
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are not refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, an additional  return fee of 15% may apply.
