Shipping Policy
When choosing shipping method, please note the estimated delivery date. Overnight does not always mean part will be delivered next day. Part may have to be ordered from factory
Once shipped, we cannot control the carrier's delivery. The delivery times on the website are established by the carrier, not us. The times are also estimated.
- Customers will be responsible and charged for any additional shipping fee if any of the following situations occur: Inaccurate or Undeliverable shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, deliverable shipping address. Any charges incurred by us while rerouting or making an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders over $250.00 require adult signature for delivery.
- Most orders are shipped USPS.
- We do not ship orders using freight forwarding companies
- Unsuccessful Delivery: UPS & FEDEX make up to three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the third and final delivery attempt has been made and the driver was unable to leave the package, UPS or FEDEX will return the package to the sender. Customer will be responsible and charged TWICE for both the original delivery charges and the undeliverable package.
- Shipping Information Entry
UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If UPS cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to Acurapartsforless.com and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. If after the package returns to Acurapartsforlesscom, a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees. - Refused Shipments: Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused, will be billed to the customer. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to any merchandise bounced back to our warehouse.
- Most orders placed before 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped following business day. After 3:30 PM EST, the order will be processed the next day.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
- Estimated shipping dates shown are if product is in stock, not when order is placed. (Shipping will not be refunded to parts being on back order or at other parts depots)
- Most orders are shipped U.S.P.S
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- We do not ship via truck freight. Please do not order body parts such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, quarter panels, windshields, glass, tailgates, e.t.c unless choosing local pick-up (Trenton, NJ).
- We cannot ship air bags, or seat belts that are "charged"
- We do not sell or ship full size tires
- We do not have cataloging for Honda vehicles, or vehicles that were built outside the U.S. , or have been imported from other countries.
- We do not ship internationally.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
- *We cannot process split payment transactions of any kind. Please make your payment with One (1) payment source only.*
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-order or discontinued, you will be contacted. We will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- we do not cancel back orders until the customer instructs us to do so
- We do not ship COD orders.
- We do not ship partial orders.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery is confirmed by carrier (FedEx, USPS).
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Any shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery conformation.
- We are not responsible for carrier damages.
